We can handle whatever may come up on site.
I got my start in IT service work through my interests in STEM, electronics, and computer science. Before field work I was running CNC machines in a dental lab, doing board-level pcb solder repair, and installing hitches/wiring for U-Haul. Eagle Scout, Google IT certified, and prepared to learn something new everyday. Complex install or simple troubleshoot, its all the same to me.

Before IT I was running 5-axis CNC mills in a dental lab and soldering new components to boards in my living room. I still do 3D printing (FDM and SLA) and board-level electronics repair. When a job goes sideways, I don't just troubleshoot software. I know the electronics and circuits too.
Multi-node Proxmox cluster with a Dell R730xd and countless other devices. Aruba managed switch, OPNsense firewall, Pi-hole DNS, TrueNAS storage. Most people don't wish for the sound of a 2U server in their basement. I am one of those maniacs.
